Cadillac Escalade riding rough - need proper shock specialists

Our family 2020 Escalade has been driving really rough lately, feels like every little crack in the road goes straight through to the cabin which is not what you expect from a Cadillac. The magnetic ride control used to make it feel like floating on clouds but now it's harsh and you can feel everything. Pretty sure the shocks are starting to fail but honestly not sure where to take it. Most garages around here look at me funny when I roll up in an American luxury SUV. Really need to find proper Cadillac vehicle shock technicians Dubai who understand these magnetic ride systems and don't just guess. The car has about 70k km on it mostly highway driving so shouldn't be completely worn out yet but maybe the Dubai heat is hard on them. Don't want to go to the dealership and pay those crazy prices but also don't want some general mechanic experimenting with the suspension. Has anyone had the magnetic shocks replaced on their Escalade here? Would love to know if you went with OEM or aftermarket and how it affected the ride quality. Also any shop recommendations would be hugely appreciated. This is our main family car so need it done right.
